What are optimization credits?
Optimization credits represent AI optimization usage. Usage is counted per product and marketplace, so the same product optimized separately for two supported marketplaces uses the applicable credits twice.
How many credits does an optimization use?
A standard optimization currently uses 1 credit per product per marketplace. An image-enhanced optimization currently uses 2 credits per product per marketplace.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Paid-plan and purchased credit-pack credits remain available until each allocation's individual expiration date. They do not disappear at the end of the month or at annual renewal.
How long do paid credits last?
Paid-plan credits expire 365 days after they are issued. Purchased credit-pack credits expire 365 days after purchase or issuance.
When do trial credits expire?
Free Trial credits expire when the 14-day trial ends. Paid credits follow the separate 365-day expiration policy.
Can I connect multiple marketplaces?
Shopify is Live today. Etsy is In Process. Amazon and Walmart are in Research. Every connector that becomes Live is included with every customer plan without a connector fee.View connector status.
Does connecting another marketplace cost extra?
No. OppAction does not charge marketplace-count or connector add-on fees. Marketplace-specific optimization still consumes the applicable credits.
Does optimizing the same product for two marketplaces use more credits?
Yes. Each marketplace-specific optimization is separate. A standard optimization for one product across two supported marketplaces uses 2 credits; image-enhanced optimization across both currently uses 4 credits.
When are annual-plan credits issued?
Annual plans are paid upfront, while the included optimization credits are added monthly throughout the annual subscription term. Each monthly allocation keeps its own 365-day expiration date.
Are annual plans billed monthly?
No. Annual plans are prepaid and billed upfront for the annual total shown. The effective monthly rate is displayed only to make the 20% annual savings easier to compare.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Active paid subscribers may purchase any available credit-pack size without changing plans. Credit packs add optimization capacity only and do not raise scan, batch, queue, seat, concurrency, or feature limits.
Are there automatic overage charges?
No. OppAction will not automatically charge optimization overages or refill credits at launch.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can explicitly purchase a credit pack or upgrade your subscription. OppAction does not apply automatic pay-as-you-go overages at launch.
What happens if I cancel an annual plan?
Canceling stops renewal at the end of the current prepaid annual term. Access ordinarily continues through that term, and cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund.Review the Terms.
Do I lose credits if I change plans?
Already-issued eligible credits retain their existing expiration dates. The active subscription requirement and the new plan's capacity and feature limits still apply.
Can I use leftover credits after canceling my paid subscription?
An active paid subscription is required to spend paid-plan or purchased credit-pack credits. Unexpired credits remain on record and may become usable again if you resubscribe before they expire.
What does the daily catalog scan do?
The scan runs approximately every 24 hours, reads the eligible product catalog, and does not consume optimization credits or automatically publish changes. Starter scans up to 100 products per pass, Growth 250, and Professional 2,500.
Do active opportunity limits hide catalog findings?
No. The 5, 15, and 50 limits apply to the prioritized active opportunity queue. Additional discovered issues remain visible or available as saved opportunities rather than being suppressed.
Is Public API access available?
No. Public API access is Planned and is not a live Professional entitlement.
